Rates include:

Normal import custom clearance into Switzerland

Transfer into our truck at our warehouse Geneva

Transport to residence, normal access, city limit 30 kms

Unloading & setting up into the residence, max. 2nd floor without lift

Unpacking of furniture

Basic re-assembly of used furniture only

Unpacking of fragile items in boxes on flat board

Removal of debris (same day of delivery)

Return of empty container to Basel Terminal (except for Geneva area, see exclusion)

Rates exclude:

Custom clearance

- Import taxes and duties if applicable

- Customs inspection charges if applicable 

- Temporary custom clearance due to lack of documents if applicable: CHF 150.-

Storage

- Handling in & out: CHF 30.- / cbm 

- Storage charges: CHF 3.5 / cbm / week (first week free)

Delivery

- Difficult access (parking reservation, outside lift, shuttle service, long carry, stair carry…)

- Heavy lift (e.g. piano, safe), if any

- Assembly of new furniture, IKEA furniture, flat pack & kit set furniture…

- Third-party services (handyman, electrician, plumber...) – on request

- Removal of debris at a later date than delivery

- Insurance

Additional charges:

- Parking reservation: CHF 300.-

- Outside elevator if needed (CHF 600 / half day)

- Long carry: CHF 4 / cbm / 15 meters up to 15 meters

- Stair carry: CHF 4 / cbm / floor / up to the 2nd floor without lift

- Shuttle services: CHF14 / cbm (minimum: CHF 100)
