Destination services

 

✅ Rates Include the Following Services

  • Customs Clearance

  • Normal import clearance at destination

  • Collection from Port/Airport

  • Pickup of container or consignment from arrival port or airport

  • Delivery to a single residence with normal access
    Delivery up to 1st floor (if no elevator)

  • Handling & Placement

  • Unwrapping, uncrating, and placement of furniture

  • Reassembly of basic furniture (not requiring specialist tools or services)

  • Unloading and unpacking of cartons onto flat surfaces
    Removal of packing debris on the same day
    DTHC For FCL container only 


  1. LCL Shipment – Terms & Charges Overview

📦 Standard Charges (If Charges Are NOT Prepaid at Origin):

  • NVOCC / Deconsolidation / CFS Fee:
    💵 USD 95 per CBM (Cubic Meter)
    (Includes handling by NVOCC, deconsolidation at destination, and CFS handling/storage.)

✅ If Charges Are Prepaid at Origin:

  • The co-loader will only bill the following at destination:

    • 📄 Documentation Fee + Delivery Order Fee
      💵 Approx. USD 120 (flat)

⚠️ Rates Exclude the Following:

  • Customs Duty, Taxes, and Government Charges

  • Demurrage, Detention, and Port Storage

    ⏱️ 5 days free upon arrival
  • 🔁 For FCL shipment We recommend purchasing 12 days free time at the time of booking to avoid additional charges.
  • Cargo Insurance
  • Fumigation (if required)

  • Customs Inspection Fee (M

    andatory verification for shipments containing alcohol, food, or medicines.)
  • Storage and Warehouse Handling

  • Shuttle Service 

    If there is restricted or difficult access at the delivery location.
  • Split Delivery

  • Assembly Services (

    Sport equipment, wall mounting, or furniture requiring a 3rd party.)
  • Long Carry or Stair Carry Fees

  • Handling of Heavy Items (

  • Packing List / Inventory
  • Detailed Alcohol List (if carrying alcohol)

  • Additional Personal Documents (if applicable) 

    Passports of accompanying family members
  • Birth certificates (for children)
  • Marriage certificate (if married)
