- We strongly recommend paying forany extra charges at the port in advance, when the move coordinator informs youthat there may be extras at the port. Otherwise, Thelsa will apply a 15% finance fee to all invoices for extras.

-The original back-ups will beprovided as soon as the supplier sends them to Thelsa.
