Customs related costs as duties, taxes, customs bond, inspection fees, etc 

Parking permits, shuttle - address is not specific enough for us to confirm 

Outside elevators/ crane

Unpacking of furniture, unpacking of boxes, assembly of furniture, removal of debris 

Assembly of new furniture of any kind in original packaging

Third Part Service for difficult disassembling/ assembling of furniture ( e.g. Ikea, swing set ), taking more than half an hour per item.

Handling of pianos, safes, and other heavy objects

Valet, Electrician, or Handyman service

Port storage and Demurrage charges

Scanning cost

Administration cost for bonded clearance

One time warehouse handling charge in/ out – 13,00 GBP p/cbm

Storage charges p/month or part thereof – 13,00 GBP p/cbm

ü       This offer is valid for 30 days and is subject to our General Terms and Conditions

ü       Our rate is valid for actual freight rates, actual surcharges, and actual rates of exchange. In case of variations, we reserve the right to adapt our rate.

ü       Minimum density is 6.50 lbs. per gross ft³.

ü       Terms of payment: new clients are kindly requested to pre-pay the shipments before the service. Post Payment may be granted after a business relationship of minimum 1 year. 

ü       Rates do not apply for any off shore British Territory Islands
