Registration of car with local authorities / NOVA declaration etc
Parking permits, shuttle
Port storage and Demurrage charges
Scanning cost
Administration cost for bonded clearance
One time warehouse handling charge in/ out – 13,00 GBP p/cbm
Storage charges p/month or part thereof – 13,00 GBP p/cbm
Important Information:
ü This offer is valid for 30 days and is subject to our General Terms and Conditions
ü Our rate is valid for actual freight rates, actual surcharges, and actual rates of exchange. In case of variations, we reserve the right to adapt our rate.
ü Minimum density is 6.50 lbs. per gross ft³.
ü Terms of payment: new clients are kindly requested to pre-pay the shipments before the service. Post Payment may be granted after a business relationship of minimum 1 year.
ü Rates do not apply for any off shore British Territory Islands

ü Customer contact details and address
ü Copy passport and visa (if applicable)
ü TOR reference No.
The shipper is required to apply for ToR relief, we recommend that the application is submitted before the goods are shipped. The completed form must be sent directly HM Revenue and Customs. Successful applicants will be sent a unique code to give to us so we can make the customs declaration into the UK on their behalf. Please include this code on your manifest instructions. Applications should be submitted online here, or can be emailed to nch.tor@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk
